| STA Core Reagents are set of reagents designed for mutation detection using Trimgen's proprietary STA technology. Each reagent has the flexibility to perform mutation detection with several gene-specific primer sets. For example STA Core Reagent A combined with a BRAF primer set can detect BRAF mutations, while the same reagents can be used for EGFR mutation detection when combined with an EGFR primer set. |

| Assay Method:
Shifted Termination assay and fragment analysis. |
| |
| Assay platform:
Capillary Electrophoresis Sequencer |
| |
| Assay Time: 2.5 - 3 hours |
| |
| Features |
- Accurately detect target nucleotide through multiple sequence specific steps
- Mutations are double confirmed by both fragment size and fluorescent color.
- Simultaneously detect any possible mutations of target nucleotide. For example "A" changed to C, G or T.
- Multiplex test - Use fewer tubes and enable high throughput screening
- Easy Data Analysis - "See the Peak, See the Mutation"
