MutectorTM is a colorimetric mutation detection method. The detection is performed in a 96-well plate that is similar to the ELISA assay. MutectorTM has superb sensitivity and can screen 100s of samples for hot-spot mutations in 3-5 hours. Results can be visualized or measured by an ELISA reader. |

Mutector TM uses STA Technology to enrich a specific mutation. It dramatically improves sensitivity and
detects as low as 1% somatic mutations.
This superb sensitivity is 15-20 times higher than
conventional sequencing and is able to
detect gene mutations in the early stages of cancer.
