Mutector IITM is a multiplex mutation detection platform uses TrimGen's proprietary STA technology.
The test includes a panel of mutations for a particular
disease. The results are analyzed with a capillary-type sequencer. Mutector IITM has Sequencing-like accuracy and is more sensitive than conventional sequencing. |

One reaction can simultaneously detect mutations across different exons or genes.
Point mutations, deletions, and insertions can be detected in one tube.
Enrich mutation signal 20 times. Able to detect as low as 1% mutated target DNA. |
