High sensitivity
eQ-PCRTM adopts a unique design and special
chemistry to enhance fluorescent signal
detection. Sensitivity is 5-10 times higher
than conventional real-time PCR as these assays can detect 1-2 copies of pathogens per reaction (10-20 copies of a pathogen in 1 ml blood sample). eQ-PCRTM is a closed-tube, walk-away test that eliminates contamination and simplifies work flow.
