High sensitivity
eQ-PCRTM adopts a unique design and special
chemistry to enhance fluorescent signal
detection. The sensitivity is 5-10 times higher
than conventional real-time PCR. The eQ-PCR can detect 1-2 copies of pathogens per reaction (or
10-20 copies of pathogens in a 1 ml blood sample). The eQ-PCR is a closed-tube, walk-away test.
