Mutector IITM is a multiplex mutation detection method based on TrimGen's proprietary Shifted Termination Assay (STA) technology.
The results are analyzed with a capillary-type sequencer. Mutector IITM has Sequencing-like accuracy and is more sensitive than conventional sequencing. |
