| Platform Description |
| The MutectorTM assay is a colorimetric assay that uses microplate to screen or identify DNA mutations. The workflow is similar to ELISA, which is compatible with most clinical laboratories. The method uses Shifted Termination Assay (STA) technology to enrich the mutation signal and is able to accurately detect low-level somatic mutations in samples.
MutectorTM has sequencing-like accuracy through multiple sequence-specific selection steps.
