Quantification Assay
for gene translocations
FusionCount
TM
Is a quantitative assay that can be used to monitor disease progress by accurately measuring the level of gene translocations in patient samples. The test uses highly sensitive eQ-PCR to detect fusion genes even at very low levels that conventional q-PCR can not detect.
Features
Detects 1-2 copies of targeted translocation
The quantification control used for the assay is an individual fusion sequence and truly represents the copy number in the sample.
Product Information
We provide test services using the FusionCountTM platform. Please check the Leukemia / Lymphoma translocation list and use the Request Form to select translocations of interest.
