| Mutation Detection Assays |
Mutation assays will be developed using one of our proprietary technologies: Shifted Termination Assay (STA) or eQ-PCR.
STA technology allows you to simultaneously detect multiple mutations. Using fewer tubes, this technology increases assay throughput. The data can be collected by sequencer (Mutector II platform) or microplate reader (Mutector I platform).
eQ-PCR technology is enhanced real-time PCR. Our eQ-PCR assays can detect as few as 2 copies of a target gene per reaction. This platform is ideal for hot spot mutation detection.

| Pathogen Detection |
Our eQ-PCR technology can also be applied to pathogen detection. This highly sensitive method is able to detect low-level target pathogens in as little as 30 minutes. |
